The residence is located at Km 9 road of Ourika. It is built on a closed ground of 1 hectare.
Ten suites of 70 m2 each around the pool. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a terrace and a kitchen area (undeveloped)
The restaurant overlooking the park and the pool can accommodate about 50 people.
Kitchen, technical room, laundry complete the set.
At the entrance an administrative office welcomes tourists; a small closed bar can serve as a meeting room. The local Hammam, cloakroom, toilets.
A room is provided for the guard opposite the entrance. A well provides water for the suites, for the pool, for watering the lawn, trees and flower beds.
The parking inside the residence can contain about ten vehicles.
